How I lose weight fast?
How I lose weight fast? I was so thin my entire life, underweight to be particular. Yes, I was underweight when I was elementary, high school, and even during my first year on college. But my BMI became normal starting at my 2nd year on college. After college is different, very different – it changes everything. From underweight to normal weight to overweight – yes, I became overweight. Never in my entire life had I expected this to happen. Because hey! I was underweight almost my entire life.
So it started, I get rid almost all of my clothes because it doesn’t fit me anymore. I started to wear big clothes – I used to steal my brother’s and my boyfriend’s t-shirt – because they are too big for me. Because of that I wanted to hide my body, my face, everything. I don’t want someone to take my whole body picture or when needed I always hide behind someone else. Yes, the struggle is very real. But as time pass by I started to embrace it, I started to accept what I became. Then I go places and learned that I get exhausted easily, I always catch my breath, and I want to sleep more often (though I really love to sleep even when I was underweight and normal weight). In short, I’m not healthy anymore. And that my friend is what I called motivation.
I don’t want to be like this. Yes, I learned to love my body but that’s not healthy. So I started to do these things below. I’m not a pro or anything I will just share to you my journey to a healthy lifestyle.
Yes, don’t underestimate walking. You’ll go places at the same time your fats will go places too and will leave your body. I allotted 2 hours of walking in the afternoon every day. Because I’m not a morning person and I’m not in the mood to walk early in the morning. I will just end up eating in McDonalds if I walk in the morning. And I’m adding 2 hours each week to level up.
Why walking? I get easily tired and exhausted whenever I jog. I might not last a minute when I jog so I just walk. But as always, to level up I’ll try to jog.
Take note that this walking routine is only in the afternoon and this is not my total walking hours for my whole day.
- Ditch the elevator/escalator
When I’m going somewhere I don’t use elevator. I opted to use the stairs. Even if it’s 30th floor, it will take time but it will be worth it. So I always bring extra t-shirt, always. When I’m inside the mall I walk on the escalator, I don’t stand there and wait.
- Measure what you eat
I used to eat everything that I crave and eat and then eat again and eat again before I go to sleep. I learned that it’s not bad BUT measure it! Don’t eat the whole food every time you crave for it. You might want to eat a portion just to satisfy your cravings. You can eat a lot in a day but always in portion. Measure everything!
- Drink lots of water
I don’t follow the drink at least 8 glasses of water a day – before. But today I bought a 1.5 L bottle and I’m drinking 3-4 set each day. That’s 4.5 L to 6 L a day. I swear it helped me a lot.
This I haven’t tried but I discover this at my first Blogapalooza experience and I want to try. I already lost a lot of pounds (my way) continuously but after that, it seems that I’m just retaining my weight. I’m not gaining nor losing but I still want to lose weight fast . So, I decided to give FatOut a try because this is the newest slimming supplement that helps lose weight without the dangerous consequences. I’ve searched that FatOut will clean our colon and get rid of our wastes and eventually take it out of our system. The body flushes away the bad fat and toxins that cause our weight gain. It’s kind of “sweep and shred” – a really good innovation. FatOut will clean the colon and at the same time burn down those annoying fats. I’m so excited! This is like a music to my ear.
Do you want to try it too? Let’s try it together. I’ll update this post or make a new blog post about it so stay tuned for that. I will document my weight lost.
